About Jenny Dekker

I began my real estate career in 2007 and have developed a solid reputation as a professional due to my commitment and work ethic. I was awarded the Top Bayleys Ruapehu Salesperson Award for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 and the Silver Achievers Club. I have also received the Most Settled Deals in Bayleys Whanganui and Ruapehu for 2019 and 2020 as well as Top agent over all 2019,2020 and 2021. I am also proud to say I have accomplished Top 10% of salespeople 2019, 2020 and 2021 for all of the Bayleys Real Estate offices. Each of these accolades recognized that with effective marketing I consistently achieved the best possible results for my clients. I am constantly looking for a fresh approach when marketing my properties and give everyone full attention, regardless of price. I am able to deal with a range of different personalities, ages and socio-economic groups due to my experiences in small town New Zealand. I have an excellent success record, thrive in a competitive environment and enthusiastic in my desire to achieve the best possible result for my clients. My vendors can be sure of a high level of personal motivation and self-discipline, along with total dedication to the effective marketing of each property. I have lived in the Waimarino for thirty years and am extremely enthusiastic about the area. I believe the area offers a diverse range of opportunities for property investment. From the beautiful outdoor playground, encompassing two National Parks (Whanganui and Tongariro) comes a huge potential -vastly untapped.

My Personal Assistant – Niki Muncey-Taylor

Niki started her Bayleys journey in February 2018 as an administrator for the Ruapehu and Whanganui offices. After two years, she joined Jenny Dekker as her personal assistant, and has since gained her Real estate License. Niki chose to move herself and her daughter to Raetihi when she started at Bayleys and has never looked back. Niki continues to grow as part of the community she has come to love.
